Allister (Al) Richardson is the Principal Consultant for Explore Consulting. He has over 18 years of exploration industry experience in a wide range of management and technical roles for various sized companies.
Over the last four years Al has consulted to a number private petroleum companies (Zeanco, 3 NZ permits; Otway Energy, 2 South Australian permits; Strike Oil and Taurus Oil, 4 permits in PNG). Al has played a lead role in the successful sale of assets for several private petroleum companies.
Al also provides strategy options to company boards and in turn implements board direction in an efficient and professional manner. In addition to this he provides strategic advice and is the Chairman of Rawson Resources (ASX: RAW).
Al has worked and consulted in variety of areas including the Middle East, North Africa, PNG, Australia and New Zealand. Al has an MSc in Geophysics and an MBA (technology management) from Latrobe University (Australia).
